Verification documents typically required include a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is completed.

An Account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. j888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts as set out in the fee schedule published on the Platform. Upon closure of an Account, any legitimate Balance remaining after deduction of outstanding amounts owed to j888 will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Players may also voluntarily close their j888 Account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to j888's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
